Requirements of Full-automatic Ton-bag Packing Machine for Ton Bags
The full-automatic ton-bag packing machine is a new product launched by our company in recent years. This product fills the blank of domestic ton bag packing automation equipment, and realizes the automatic operation of the process from loading, loading, filling, bag moving, sealing and so on.Different from the ordinary semi-automatic ton bag packing machine, the full-automatic ton bag packing machine has certain requirements for ton bags.
The ton bag used by the full-automatic ton bag packing machine is a "one grip" bag. The bag is stressed as a whole, and the stress point is at the grip. It is required that the strength of the bag design should meet the requirements of the materials.The inner bag of ton bag is generally made of PE, which is conducive to heat sealing. The empty bag is supplied in the form of roll bag, with a roll inside, and the size shall meet the requirements of the full-automatic ton bag packing machine. The bag roll should be pressed tightly and the bag should be neat and standard.The roll bag at the inner bag mouth shall be flat without slant or wrinkle.When the bag is rolled, the heat-sealing seam of the inner bag should be rolled at the folding position of the bag, so as to avoid the slanting of the bag after the bag is loaded, which will affect the subsequent operation.Due to the great difference in the nature of the loaded materials, the size of the ton bag should take into account the installation size of the equipment and the convenience of transportation on the basis of meeting the requirements of materials.If the materials are loaded too high, the overall equipment height should be increased accordingly, and the requirements for the site space of the equipment shall be increased accordingly.Ton bags are generally transported by flat car or semi-trailer truck. The width of the truck is generally 2.3-2.4 meters. The size of the bags filled with materials shall meet the requirements of a row of double bags.
