Choice of Cylinder of Zaozhuang Sunweigh

Let me share with you the following:

1. Selection of Types

According to the working requirements and conditions, the type of cylinder should be selected correctly. The cushion cylinder should be chosen for the cylinder to reach the end of stroke without impact phenomenon and impact noise; the light cylinder should be chosen for the light weight; the thin cylinder should be selected for the short stroke and the narrow installation space; the cylinder with guide rod can be selected for the transverse load; the locking cylinder should be selected for the high braking accuracy; the cylinder with rod non-rotation function should be selected for the piston rod not to rotate; and the cylinder with rod non-rotation function should be selected for the high temperature environment. Use heat-resistant cylinder; in corrosive environment, it is necessary to choose corrosion-resistant cylinder. In the harsh environment such as dust, it is necessary to install a dust cover at the extended end of the piston rod. When no pollution is required, oil-free or oil-free lubrication cylinders should be selected.

2. Installation Form

It can be divided into four types: fixed type, swing type, embedded type and rotary cylinder. According to the installation location, use purpose and other factors. In general, the fixed cylinder is used. Installation precautions: (1) before cylinder installation, it should be tested under no-load and 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, normal operation and no leakage phenomenon can be used after release; (2) before cylinder access to the pipeline, it must be clear about the stolen goods in the pipeline to prevent debris from entering the cylinder; (3) when the load changes during the journey, it should use the cylinder with sufficient output force, and add a buffer device; (4) Before starting the operation of the cushion cylinder, the cushion throttle valve should be screwed in the two smaller positions of the throttle, and then gradually opened until it has been adjusted to no satisfactory cushioning effect; (5) Full stroke should not be used, especially when the piston rod is extended, the piston rod should be used to collide with the cylinder head. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the load concentration at the piston rod and the external connection. When it is necessary to rotate continuously with the working mechanism (such as lathe, grinder, etc.), the rotary cylinder should be selected. When the piston rod is required to swing in arc besides linear motion, the pin cylinder is selected. When there are special requirements, the corresponding special cylinder should be selected.

3. The magnitude of action force

That is the choice of cylinder diameter. The output thrust and pull force of the cylinder are determined according to the magnitude of the load force. Generally, according to the theory of external load, the cylinder force required for balancing conditions is selected according to different speeds, so that the output force of the cylinder has a little margin. The cylinder diameter is too small, the output force is not enough, but the cylinder diameter is too large, which makes the equipment heavy, increases the cost, increases the gas consumption and wastes energy. In fixture design, force expanding mechanism should be used as far as possible to reduce the cylinder size.

4. Piston stroke

It is related to the occasion of use and the travel of the mechanism, but it is generally not selected to be full to prevent the piston and cylinder head from colliding. For clamping mechanism, the allowance should be increased by 10-20_according to the required stroke.

5. Motion Speed of Piston

It mainly depends on the input compressed air flow rate of the cylinder, the size of the intake and exhaust port of the cylinder and the size of the inner diameter of the duct. It is required that the high speed motion should be large. Cylinder motion speed is generally 50-800/s. For high-speed cylinders, large inner diameter intake pipes should be selected; for the case of load change, in order to obtain slow and stable movement speed, choosing throttle device or gas-liquid damper cylinder is easier to achieve speed control. When choosing throttle valve to control cylinder speed, attention should be paid to: exhaust throttle speed regulation is recommended when the cylinder installed horizontally drives the load; intake throttle speed regulation is recommended when the cylinder installed vertically lifts the load; and the cylinder with buffer device should be selected when the end of stroke is required to move smoothly to avoid impact.

6. Selection Procedure of Cylinder

First: Choose the type of cylinder according to the operation mode: the operation mode of the cylinder has three ways: double acting, single acting spring pressing and single acting spring pressing.

2) Select other parameters: A. Select the cylinder diameter according to the load, air pressure and direction of action, B. Select the moving distance of the cylinder stroke workpiece C, D. Select different series of cylinder installation types have different installation modes, mainly basic type, pedestal type, flange type, E hook, shaft and ear type F, select buffer without cushion, rubber. Rubber cushion, air cushion, oil pressure shock absorber G and selected magnetic inductance switch are mainly used for position detection. The magnetic ring H in the cylinder is required, and the selected cylinder fittings include the installation of related joint cylinders. According to the installation form of cylinder fittings, they can be divided into detachable and fixed cylinders.
