1. The technological process of automatic bagging machine:

3. Packaging bag transfer (suction):

Qualified empty bags are sucked up by vacuum suckers, lifting mechanism raises the bags to a certain height, mobile mechanism sends the bags to the opening position, finishing mechanism adjusts the bags to the appropriate position, and the opening process opens the bags.

4. Opening of packing bags:

Vacuum suction cup press the bag from both sides at the same time, then move from the top and bottom two directions, suck the bag mouth open. According to the size of the bag and the performance of the inside and outside bags, the number and size of the opening sucker should be determined by testing. Bag technology determines the success rate of bagging. Many bagging failures are due to the failure of opening bags, resulting in the failure of grasping bagging manipulator, or inadequate bagging, bag mouth is not standardized, even if the bagging manipulator succeeds in grasping bags, bagging will not be standardized, resulting in irregular bag mouth eventually, the possible consequence is the failure of folding and sealing process, resulting in leakage of packaging bags.

5. Filling of materials:

After empty packing bags are put into the outlet, the automatic detection device detects whether the packing bags are in place. After confirming that the packing bags are in place, the qualified materials are put into the packing bags to complete the filling of the materials.

6. Transfer, folding and sealing of packing bags:

After filling, the packing bag moves forward through the conveyor. The whole bag mechanism tidies the opening of the packing bag, then imports the folding machine to fold and seal, and completes the automatic packaging of materials.

7. The control system of automatic packaging scale:
